CDWWTP Industrial Injection in Key Biscayne, FL
Sunshine State Air Conditioning and Refrigeration installed an air conditioning system composed of two 20 Ton, two 12.5 Ton Split Systems, and run aluminum sheet-metal ductwork with associated ventilation accessories such as air distribution, fans, refrigerant lines, as well as a Building Automation System.

Our company installed a complete air conditioning system for the Air Conditioning factory called Dunham Bush. Ran galvanized sheetmetal ductwork with associated accessories such as grilles, linear diffusers, manual volume dampers, cable operated dampers, motorized dampers, and exhaust fans. Furnish and Installed outside louvers. Ran copper refrigerate lines and insulated them. Installed thermostats where needed.
Palm Beach Airport Primeclass Lounge in Palm Beach, FL
Sunshine State AC has been proudly working on this project including running galvanized sheet-metal ductwork. Also, insulated the supply and return concealed air condition duct. We are installing air distribution devices and linear diffuser where needed, and installing manual volume dampers, smoke detectors, and access doors where called for.
Sunset Lounge in West Palm Beach, FL
We will provide a complete air conditioning system which will include a 70 Tons Air Cooled Chiller with nine Air Handling units totaling to 71 Tons of supplied air. We will also be installing three water pumps. Running galvanized straight and spiral insulated duct. Running ductwork with air distribution, dampers, exhaust fans, and an Energy Recovery Unit. Starting up a system with a Trane Tracer Building Automation Control’s system.
Rosenwald Elementary School in West Palm Beach, FL
Our company worked on the installation of over 1000 ft of pre-insulated 6” underground chilled water piping and then an additional 2000 ft throughout the school. We also provided the installation of two 125 Tons Chillers, a complete smart building automation control system, with multiple air handler units, energy recovery units , vav’s, and ductwork.
I FLY in Davie, FL
We completed the installation of a smart building systems, installed a 250 Tons Chiller that cools the wind tunnel which moves almost 40,000 cubic feet per minute of cool air at 185 miles per hour. By creating this, I FLY can successfully accomplish the effect of flying within a glass chamber that is 12ft wide by 50 ft height. This is a very unique effect since the air travels down the basement almost 30 ft below, then it continues through water cooled turning vanes all the way to the top floor 60ft high. In addition, we installed several roof top units to cool the remaining areas of the building.
CDWWTP South Le Jeune Rd, in Miami, FL
We did a complete renovation at one of the main offices for the water and and Sewer department. Furnished and installed a 225 Ton Packaged cooled liquid water Chiller with a complete underground piping and valves. Provided and installed three indoor central station air handlers. Installed complete air conditioning system which included split systems, variable air volume boxes, ductwork, insulation, diffusers, louvers, and exhaust fans. The complete system was installed with a building automation system for a full functionality of all the above installed equipment.
USPS Hub Facility in Pembroke Pines, FL
Our company worked arduously for 6 months to complete a complex and successful project including replacing all the air handling units for the 350000 ft2 United States Post Office Hub Facility, and ran over 2000 ft of eight inches Chilled water lines 40 ft up in the air. We also installed a state of the art energy management system.

Regional Data Processing Center in Miami, FL
Completed replacement (2) 800 Tons cooling Towers with a state of the art water purification system and a reservoir sweeping system.
This facility is such a critical building with emergency hub servers , we had to make sure to maintain the proper temperatures at all times , therefore we have an 800 tons portable cooling tower powered by a diesel generator and a second redundancy well system .
A complete Siemens Energy management system was installed to control the proper functionality of the chiller plant.

Sunshine State Air Conditioning , Inc. proudly completed an emergency stair pressurization system and pressurized the elevator shaft . We installed 2 outside air intake 2000 cfms fans on the Sixth level , and 2 exhaust fans 2000 cfms each at the 30th floor.
Galvanized sheet metal ductwork was ran from the First Floor all the way to the 30th floor. A complete emergency fire interlock Siemens system was installed to be able to evacuate the staff in case of fire.
University of Miami Historic Art Building
We installed an upgraded HVAC 100 Tons system with multiple air handler units throughout the floors , new galvanized sheet metal , air distribution , exhaust fans , motorized dampers , refrigerant lines for IT rooms. This was a unique project since the historic wood building was over 100 years old and we needed to maintain the original look. We ran over 500 ft of underground chilled water pre insulated black steel pipe which we connected to the main campus loop. A Siemens control building automation system was also installed and it can be monitored from their Central chiller plant facility.
